9. Buying from us

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST as shown. Orders, deliverables and any refunds are governed by the terms shown at checkout or in your written proposal, which form part of these terms.

Online orders. Productised deliverables bought online are processed through our payment provider's secure checkout. GST is added at checkout where it applies, and you receive a tax invoice by email. Unless the product page says otherwise, digital deliverables are sent to the email address used at checkout within two business days. If a deliverable does not arrive, or is not what the product page describes, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund it. Because digital deliverables cannot be returned once sent, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after delivery. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 7).

Consulting services are delivered under a written proposal or engagement letter. If that document conflicts with these terms, the proposal or engagement letter applies.

10. Changes

We may update the site and these terms. The version on this page applies from the date shown.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that State.
