Four layers. One standard of work.

Every engagement is fixed-scope, sector-specific and runs on the same method. The prices are here because “how much?” should never be why a conversation stalls. AUD, excluding GST.

01  Entry

Diagnose

AU$4,500 – 12,000Two weeks

A two-week operational and strategic diagnostic. Site walk, leadership interviews, your financials against sector benchmarks. You keep the findings and a 90-day recommendation whatever happens next.

  • Site walk and leadership interviews
  • Three years of financials against sector benchmarks
  • Eight-dimension scorecard and priority issue map
  • A 90-day recommendation you own outright

02  Core

90-Day Sprint

AU$28,000 – 45,00013 weeks

We stay in the business. A weekly cadence on site or on call, a named owner on every initiative, a live tracker, and part of our fee tied to whether the change actually happened.

  • Sprint plan with owners, dates and metrics
  • Weekly accountability meeting, chaired by us
  • Blocker escalation to the MD or board
  • Mid-sprint review at day 45
  • Sprint Close Report against the original objectives

03  Recurring

Drive Retainer

AU$2,500 – 6,000 a monthMinimum four quarters

A quarterly strategic review, a monthly metric pack against sector benchmarks, and standing access between them. Call when it matters, not when it is scheduled.

  • A full rotation of the method every quarter
  • Monthly metric pack with sector comparison
  • Standing access between reviews
  • Board-ready reporting each quarter

04  Self-serve

Productised

AU$995 – 14,500Order by email

Fixed-scope deliverables in three tiers (Starter, Mid-Market, Enterprise) for a defined piece of work you run yourself.

  • Starter: one area, fast, fixed
  • Mid-Market: a complete engagement template
  • Enterprise: a multi-workstream board programme
  • Run it yourself; call us if you get stuck

Five rules we do not move on.

They keep the work senior and the price honest. You will find each one in your proposal.

  • 50% upfrontNo deposit, no start. The balance is invoiced as the proposal sets out.
  • Fixed scopeWhat is in scope is written down. Changes are quoted and agreed before the work, never absorbed and billed later.
  • Never more than 10% offA discount sets a permanent price, so we do not go past it.
  • Four clients at a time, maximumA capacity rule. Past four, the senior attention you are paying for runs out.
  • The seller is the doerNo graduate analyst arrives the week after you sign.

How this differs from the usual options.

General patterns, not any named firm. Pick whichever fits; just know what you are buying.

Straight answers.

The questions owners ask on the first call.

What does “part of the fee at risk” mean in practice?

Before day 1 we write down one measure, its baseline, where the data comes from and the date it is assessed. A set portion of the sprint fee is payable only if that measure moves. The portion is agreed in the proposal, so you know the downside for us before you sign.

Why publish prices when most consultancies don't?

Because “how much?” should never be the reason a conversation stalls. The range depends on site count, travel and the size of the problem; the fixed figure is in the proposal after the call.

What if the Diagnose says we don't need a sprint?

Then we say so. You keep the scorecard, the issue map and the 90-day recommendation, and you can run it yourself.

Who actually turns up?

The founder. The person who scopes the work does the work. No graduate analyst arrives the week after you sign.

Our sites are remote or overseas. Does that work?

Yes. We work wherever our clients are. Travel and site access are scoped and quoted in the proposal before you sign, never billed as a surprise.

How is our commercial data handled?

As confidential, whether or not it contains personal information, and under the confidentiality terms in your proposal. Anonymised outcome data may feed our benchmarks; you can opt out in writing.

Can we start with something smaller?

Yes. The productised tiers start at AU$995 for a defined piece of work you run yourself, and the free margin-leak calculator and fit check cost nothing.

How an engagement is written down.

Every engagement runs under a written proposal or engagement letter. These are the positions it starts from.

Scope and fee

Scope, deliverables, dates and fee are fixed in writing before day 1. Where part of the fee is linked to an outcome, the measure, the baseline, the data source and the assessment date are written in too.

You own the deliverables

Reports, models and plans prepared for you are yours on payment, to use inside your business. Our method, templates and workbooks stay ours, licensed to you for your own use.

Fee-for-service only

No software commissions, referral fees or supplier rebates. Anonymised outcome data may feed our benchmarks; you can opt out in writing.

Founding clients

Preferential terms for a written case study.

We are taking a small founding cohort to build our evidence base. You get a full engagement on founding-client terms with nothing stripped out. We get a named, written case study and a referee who will take a call.

Five founding places in total, time-limited, and never more than four engagements running at once. Consent to use your name and results is agreed in writing before we start, separately from the work. Declining changes nothing about the work or the fee.
